How to make Sunflower Cake

Portion size: 10 pieces
 
Ingredients
 
Cake:
  •     2 pieces of cake round, diameter 23 cm, chill
Vanilla buttercream:
  •     90 grams of butter / margarine
  •     675 grams of granulated sugar
  •     1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •     75 cc of liquid milk
  •     Coloring 2 drops yellow cake
Best chocolate frosting:
  •     90 grams of cocoa powder
  •     45 grams of butter / margarine
  •     375 grams of granulated sugar
  •     1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •     75 cc of liquid milk
How to make :
 Vanilla buttercream: heat water until boiling, then place the heat-resistant plate, put butter on it, allow it to melt, remove and let cool for 5 minutes.

Combine butter and sugar, beat with mixer until blended, then add vanilla extract and milk-spoonful spoonful of liquid, shake until blended and fluffy, remove from heat.

Enter a yellow cake coloring, stirring until blended, then set aside.

Best chocolate frosting: heat water until boiling, then place the heat-resistant plate, enter the cocoa powder and butter, allow it to melt and blended, remove, let cool for 5 minutes.

Combine mixture and sugar, beat with mixer until blended, then add vanilla extract and milk-spoonful spoonful of liquid, shake until blended and fluffy, remove, set aside.

Cake: grab a fruit cake round, then using a knife, apply some best chocolate frosting around the cake first, then at the top.

Since the top is the center of a sunflower, the frosting should not be flat but somewhat towering in the middle.

To obtain this result, the way is to use a knife, then skip over the frosting before and pulled slowly upward.

Prepare a baking pan size 20 cm x 20 cm, back, and then using a spatula, place cake slowly on a baking sheet, allow it to freeze frosting.

Take the other round cake, cut into 2 parts, then cut each section into two parts again, and cut back each section into 2 parts, so get 8 triangular sections of the same size.
